1. Booking and Payment:

1.1. To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be communicated to you upon booking and may vary depending on the size and complexity of your order, unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

1.2. The remaining balance for our services is due the day of the event BEFORE THE INSTALLATION BEGINS and an invoice will be sent to you in advance of this date. If payment is not received by this time, and there is no response or communication from you, we will assume our services are no longer required.

1.3. We accept payments in e-transfer and/or PayPal.

1.4. We understand that event plans may evolve. Should you wish to add more elements or require last-minute changes to your balloon installation, please contact us as early as possible. Keep in mind that additional charges may apply for such modifications, and we will provide you with a quote for any extra costs before proceeding.


2. Cancellation and Refunds:

2.1. Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

2.2. Cancellations made after the specified notice period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

2.3. Refunds for cancellations are at our discretion and subject to individual circumstances.

2.4 Bookings are transferable by you to another date within 6 months of the original booking (subject to our availability).

3. Installation, Delivery and Teardown:

3.1. Required setting up time: We typically require a minimum period of 2.5 hours to set up décor at the venue. This is an estimate and may be more or less, depending on the nature of the décor. The exact time required will be confirmed during your booking.

3.2 We will ensure the punctual delivery and professional setup of your installation at the prearranged location and time.

3.3. The client is responsible for facilitating access to the installation area and effectively communicating any specific requirements or preferences to our team.

3.4. Please note that Milati Events bears no responsibility for any property damage or injuries to individuals that may occur during the installation process. Our team will take every precaution to minimize risk, but clients are advised to exercise caution and ensure a safe environment during setup.

3.4 After the event, our team will dismantle and remove the installation promptly. The client is responsible for ensuring access to the installation area for the teardown process. Any specific instructions or requests regarding teardown should be communicated in advance.

3.5 Do Not Move Items: To maintain the integrity of the installation and prevent damage, we kindly request that clients refrain from moving or altering any items within the installation area. Our team will handle all aspects of the teardown to avoid any potential issues.

4. Changes and Modifications:

4.1. Any changes or modifications to the agreed-upon mock-up design or installation details must be communicated in writing and confirmed by both parties.

4.2. Additional charges may apply for changes made after the initial agreement.

5. Liability:

5.1. While we exercise the utmost care during installations, Milati Events shall not be held responsible for any damages, injuries, or accidents arising from the installation or use of our balloons.

5.2. The client is responsible for ensuring the safety of their guests and property throughout the event, including during and after the balloon installation.

6. Weather and External Factors:

6.1. We cannot control weather conditions or external factors that may affect the quality or duration of our installations.

6.2. In the event of adverse weather conditions, we will make every effort to ensure the installation's stability, but we are not liable for damage or loss.

7. Privacy and Images:

7.1. We may document our installations for promotional purposes. By booking our services, you consent to the use of images of the installation for marketing and social media.

8. Force Majeure:

8.1. We are not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

9. Use of Props:

9.1. Milati Events may provide or incorporate props as part of the installation, as agreed upon with the client.

9.2. Any props provided by Milati Events remain the property of Milati Events

9.3. The client is responsible for the proper handling and care of any props used during the event.

9.4. The client shall ensure that props are not subjected to any damage, theft, or misuse by event attendees or any other third parties.

9.5. Milati Events reserves the right to charge the client for any damage, loss, or theft of props used during the event.

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Milati Events reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and any changes will be communicated to clients in writing.
